Las cuotas ordinarias para cubrir el presupuesto deberán ser cubiertas por los Condóminos mensualmente, dentro de los 15 primeros días de cada mes. Los Condóminos que no paguen oportunamente las cuotas ordinarias o extraordinarias a su cargo, cubrirán intereses moratorios a razón del 5% de interés mensual sobre saldos insolutos. ( Artículos 23 y 24 del reglamento del Condominio Koai)

The Owners who do not pay the ordinary or extraordinary installments in a timely manner, will cover late-payment interest at the rate of 5% monthly interest on unpaid balances.
